OUTSTANDING INSPECTOR AND SERVICE - Completed a thorough inspection and report on a 2400 sq ft home including crawl space. I was on-site as he inspected and was impressed with his knowledge and skill. Used latest technology to evaluate issues (moisture meters, etc) and provided detailed pictures of all issues and items that require ongoing maintenance. Inspection was significantly better than the inspection that was done just a month prior with another inspector. Online access to detailed report and was able to provide a knowledgeable assessment of issues and make recommendatons for correction as well as information about home and a list of maintenance items that will help keep home in optimal shape. As my fourth home purchase over the years, the best inspector to date.

Paul has done an outstanding, detailed and thorough job inspecting the house. He is knowledgeable and experienced to identify issues with grading of the problem areas and recommendations to alleviate problems. He is able to clearly communicate and explain items that may be of concern in a clear and easily understandable manner. I was under time pressure to inspect the house and Paul accommodated me on a very short notice. He was punctual both arriving on time and providing me with a professional final Report by the end of the day. The Report contained his observations and findings supported by pictures and recommendation to deal with issues. Unless recommended by someone you trust, it is always hard to select professional/trade services. By sheer luck I picked Paul from a list of inspectors available serving the area. It was my lucky day.

Mr. Savino showed up early, worked hard and thorough with his inspection. He went through every aspect of the house with a fine tooth comb. Paul Savino is a very knowledgeable and helpful professional. I am currently living 12 hrs away and I had a difficulty making an appointment date for him to inspect a house, when the current homeowner and Realty Agent werenâ??t available, he made the appointment for me.
